Setup Inventory (October 2026)

What the author’s live ~/.claude contains, and where each piece lives in this repo. Everything mirrored here was scrubbed: employer, colleague and project names, internal hosts, chat IDs and home paths are replaced with placeholders (ParentCo, AcmeCo, a colleague, example.com, ~). Expect to adapt names and paths before anything runs on your machine.

Installed but switched off: caveman, context7 (used as an MCP instead), frontend-design, pr-review-toolkit, skill-creator, vercel, and a few others. Switched off because each duplicated something the setup already enforces, or cost context every session for little use.

MCP servers: context7 (current library docs), shadcn (real components), granola (meeting notes), plus two personal ones. Claude in Chrome for browser work.

Third-party skills (linked, not copied)

These are in daily use but belong to their authors. Install from upstream.

Left out on purpose

Item Why
Runtime state (logs, state.json, .omc/, handoffs, memory files, insight data snapshots) Personal session data, not setup
Bot settings with chat IDs, .mcp.json, settings.local.json, launchd plists with a username Identifiers; sanitised example plists are in scripts/claude-ops/launchd/ instead
Two persona profiles of real people in skills/bro/personas/ They describe real people. default.md stays
Five work-bound skills: a team-chat blocker bot, a chat persona bot, an accelerator audit report, an internal newsletter builder, an expenses filer Each is built around named colleagues, internal chats or an employer system; placeholders would leave nothing useful
Coin-rain sound files and coin-state.json Audio of unknown licence; the state file is runtime data
One more work-bound skill, a review lane that delegates to an internal model gateway, plus its wrapper script Built around an employer’s internal gateway and named colleagues; placeholders would leave nothing useful
Skill __pycache__, node_modules, .omc/ and .claude/ evidence folders, myinsights data snapshots and its dated tool-error notes Runtime state, not setup
*.bak, *.bak-<date> and *.pre-* script backups Superseded versions
pr-review-sweep.sh update The published copy already carries the lockdown (narrow tools, credential scan, shared repos parked by default); the live version only differs by personal defaults
The internal-gateway review lane in pr-review Dropped from the published copy; it needs the wrapper script above

Repo-only items

Some skills and hooks in this repo predate the current setup and are not in the author’s live config any more (for example api-test, deploy, refactor, lint-check, ts-check). They are kept because they still work as starting points. Four of the older skills (brainstorming, writing-plans, executing-plans, verification-before-completion) now ship inside Superpowers; if you install the plugin you do not need the copies here.
